“I am a 1999 batch alumnus of JSS law college, pass out year 2004, under 5 years integrated LL B. Programme under the able guidance of our principal Sri. Suresh. I started my career as such in the year 2008 … I have put in nearly 17 years of service and I am glad be serving here. I am married to a lawyer, who also worked as judicial magistrate and civil judge for a while and later decided to resign and to look after our kids… Now she has also resumed her work as Advocate at High court of Karnataka, Dharwad bench. My experience in JSS college was quite happier.  I was a low-profile student who had very limited friends…. But our teaching staff, our principal were really dedicated to lay foundation for our future in legal careers…. Yes, they were strict and yet supportive….

My friends, classmates in the college are making remarkable work as lawyers in different courts in the country ranging from trial courts to Apex court. Some of them are into judicial services and some into executive and bureaucratic services. I am happy to be an alumnus of this institution and owe my success in my career to the institution. As they say it, tell me who your friends are, I will tell you who you are, I must say… Tell me which college you come from and I will tell you how bright will be your career.”
