Department of Consumer Affairs under Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India on World Consumer Rights Day 2024 felicitated the WINNERS and the BEST LEGAL RESEARCHER of the All-India Moot Court Competition on Consumer Law conducted by Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Puducherry. The participants are-

They were felicitated by Hon’ble Mr. Piyush Goyal (Union Minister of Consumer Affairs), Bharat Haranslal Khera (Addl, secretary, DCOA), Shantmanu (ASAFA, MOCA, F&PD), Nidhi Khare (OSD, DOCA), Rohit Kumar Singh (OSD, DOCA) and Anup Mishra (Joint Secretary, DCOA) on 15th March 2024 at Thakur College of Engineering and Technology in Mumbai.
Tejas, a young author hailing from Mysuru, Karnataka, received the prestigious invitation to interact with the Honorable President of India at a special ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The event, organized as part of the PM YUVA mentorship scheme, recognized, and celebrated the contributions of exceptional young authors to Indian literature.
Tejas, along with other selected authors, had the opportunity to showcase their published works to the President. This was followed by a brief photo session and a formal high tea, providing a unique platform for these young writers to connect with dignitaries and influential figures.

We visited Vidhana Soudha to observe the proceedings of the budget sessions on 20th February, 2024 as part of an academic activity.
We discussed about constitution, commissions, state assembly, and we were strictly instructed about the visitors’ rules. The timing of the session we attended was from 12 pm to 1:30 pm. During the Vidhana Sabha session, the discussions that were going on were mainly about the outlay of the Karnataka state budget that was presented by honorable Chief Minister of Karnataka, Mr. Siddaramaiah on Friday [16/2/2024].
